  6.    CANADIAN GOVERNMENT STANDARDS ON "GROUP EJACULATION" AND "BOOTLICKING"

  11.    In November, _Secret City_ revealed that the Canadian government has 
  12. standards on ejaculation.  The government had taken a stand on "excessive 
  13. ejaculation."

  15.    _Secret City_ operative Harvey Blackman wrote a series of queries 
  16. asking the government to explain its policies regarding what ideas are 
  17. illegal to import into Canada.  By law, the government had to respond.

  19.    _Secret City_ has discovered that not only does the Canadian 
  20. government police images or sentences depicting "excessive ejaculation", 
  21. it also has standards for "group ejaculation" and "bootlicking."

  23.    The genuine memo for "group ejaculation" appears below.  It explains 
  24. that simultaneous ejaculation by two or more people on one person is an 
  25. illegal idea to import into Canada.

  27. BOOTLICKING CANADIAN-SYLE
  28.  
  29.     The Canadian government also has a strict policy regarding 
  30. "bootlicking."  You are not allowed to import ideas or pictures into 
  31. Canada which depict "bootlicking in a sexual context."  According to 
  32. Canada Customs Notice N-198, depictions of "submissive acts such as the 
  33. licking of another person's boot in a sexual context" are not allowed 
  34. into the country.

  36.     To help those who may be participating in illegal bootlicking or are 
  37. worried they may import a sentence into the country which contains an 
  38. illegal bootlicking description, _Secret City_ has provided both a legal 
  39. and an illegal bootlicking sentence.

  44. B)  Bootlicking sentence which meets Canadian government standards:  As 
  45. he tortured him the dictator forced the prisoner to lick his boots.

  81. The Victoria Eaton Centre withdrew exhibition space for the art show 
  82. "Goddesses".  It was to be part of The Works art festival in Victoria, 
  83. from July 15-Aug 28/94.  Linda Wedman, art show executive producer, 
  84. stated that it would be shown at another venue in Victoria.  The Victoria 
  85. Eaton Centre apparently based their ban on the exhibition's sexual content.

  88. * Man Fined for Selling Videos
  89.  
  90. A man from London, Ontario was fined $2000 last April, after he sold 4 
  91. videotapes to an undercover police officer on Feb 4/93.  Judge Douglas 
  92. Walker of Ontario Court's Provincial Division ruled the tapes to be 
  93. obscene.  The officer, Det. Frank Goldschmidt, is a part of Project 
  94. Pornography (joint Metropolitan Toronto and Ontario Provincial Police unit.)

  97. * OFRB Chair Considers Plans to Rate Video Games
  98.  
  99. The new chair of the Ontario Film Review Board, Leslie Anne Adams, is 
  100. looking into the Board's classification of video games on the basis of 
  101. sex and violence.  However, issues of the Board's jurisdiction in this 
  102. matter have yet to be resolved.
